(8/1/18) 1 AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 48:94, relative to the Department of Transportation and Development; to 3 provide for transparency of operations in district offices; to provide for publication 4 by each department district of certain information on the department's internet 5 website; and to provide for related matters. 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 7 Section 1. R.S. 48:94 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 ยง94. District office transparency; publication of district work 9 Each department district office shall publish weekly on the department's 10 internet website information by parish regarding the daily work schedules and 11 assignments of district employees related to construction and maintenance work 12 performed, including but not limited to a description and location of the 13 construction project or maintenance work performed.
