1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 48:94, relative to the Department of Transportation and Development; to
3 provide for transparency of operations in district offices; to provide for publication
4 by each department district of certain information on the department's internet
5 website; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 48:94 is hereby enacted to read as follows:
8 ยง94. District office transparency; publication of district work
9 Each department district office shall publish weekly on the department's
10 internet website information by parish regarding the construction and
11 maintenance work performed, including but not limited to a description and
12 location of the construction project or maintenance work performed.
