Present law provides an annual salary of $50,000 to the marshal of the City Court of Natchitoches
paid by the municipal governing authority. Requires that the Natchitoches Parish governing authority
contribute $1,200 annually towards the salary of the marshal.
Proposed law increases the salary of the marshal to $52,000. Otherwise retains present law.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
