ACT 601 (SB 476) 2018 Regular Session Long
Prior law provided an annual salary of $50,000 to the marshal of the City Court of
Natchitoches paid by the municipal governing authority. Requires that the Natchitoches
Parish governing authority contribute $1,200 annually towards the salary of the marshal.
New law increases the salary of the marshal to $52,000. Otherwise retains prior law.
Effective upon signature of the governor (May 30, 2018).
