If the tax sale party is deceased, the notice to a tax sale party provided 10 for pursuant to this Section shall be sufficient if made to the succession 11 representative, if applicable, and to the tax sale party's surviving spouse, 12 descendants, parents and other ascendants, and collaterals by blood or adoption 13 within the fifth degree.
