DIGEST SB 511 Engrossed 2018 Regular Session Barrow Proposed law provides that if the tax sale party is deceased, the notice to a tax sale party provided for pursuant to proposed law will be sufficient if made to the succession representative, if applicable, and to the tax sale party's surviving spouse, descendants, parents and other ascendants, and collaterals by blood or adoption within the fifth degree.
