Designates a portion of Louisiana Highway 377 in the unincorporated community of Grant,
Louisiana, in Allen Parish, as the "Sgt. S. E. Howell, Jr. Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of this designation provided local or private monies are
received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting
posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
