Proposed law provides that any person may manufacture and sell at retail a beverage of low alcoholic
content provided the same person is the manufacturer or brewer of the beverage of low alcoholic
content and the owner of the establishment at which the beverage is sold at retail. Provides that the
retail establishment may sell the beverage of low alcoholic content to the exclusion of any other
beverages of low alcoholic content.
Proposed law provides that the process and ingredients used in the brewing of the beverage shall be
considered a trade secret.
Effective August 1, 2018.
