Requests DOTD, the Louisiana Workforce Commission, and the Board of Supervisors of the
Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College to study jointly and make
recommendations with respect to identification and implementation of creative and alternative
options to mitigate or reduce traffic congestion in the Baton Rouge area.
Requires submission of a written report no later than March 1, 2019, to the president of the Senate,
the speaker of the House of Representatives, and the chairmen of the house and senate committees
on transportation, highways, and public works, committees on education, and committees on labor
and industrial relations.
