successfully completed the domestic violence awareness training and the training on
communication with deaf or hard of hearing individuals.

Abstract: Requires the creation of motorcyclist profiling awareness training for peace officers.
Proposed law requires the Council on Peace Officer Standards and Training to add motorcyclist
profiling awareness training to the current bias recognition policing curriculum.  Proposed law
defines "motorcyclist profiling" for purposes of this training.
(Amends R.S. 40:2405.8(G); Adds R.S. 40:2405.8(H))
