Abstract: Authorizes a bank or affiliate to disclose financial records obtained pursuant to a search
warrant.
Present law allows a bank or any affiliate to disclose financial records obtained pursuant to certain
provisions of present law. Proposed law retains present law and adds financial records obtained
pursuant to a search warrant issued in accordance with present law.
