RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 60 (HB 148) 2019 Regular Session Henry Appropriates funds for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 for the ordinary operating expenses of the judicial branch of government with total funding as provided in the original bill of $180,836,846 from the following sources: $161,203,071 out of the State General Fund (Direct); $10,240,925 from statutory dedications out of the Judges' Supplemental Compensation Fund and the Trial Court Case Management Fund; and $9,392,850 from interagency transfers for Court Appointed Special Advocates and Drug Court.
