Existing law creates the Non-Flood Protection Asset Management Authority to manage,
control, regulate, operate, and maintain non-flood protection facilities or improve asset or
function within a levee district of a flood protection authority.
New law renames the Non-Flood Protection Asset Management Authority as the Lakefront
Management Authority.
Effective Aug. 1, 2019.
