from April 6, 1984, until paid, payable to Hancock Bank as escrow agent, into escrow account
number 1097000229, as payment towards the judgment rendered in the class action suit entitled
"Jean Boudreaux and the Victims of the Flood on April 6, 1983 on the Tangipahoa River v. State
of La., DOTD, et al", bearing No. 2004-0985 on the docket of the 21
st
JDC, parish of Tangipahoa.
Effective July 1, 2019.
