Abstract: Requires the inspection of a motor vehicle's headlamps during motor vehicle inspections.
Proposed law requires rules and regulations relative to the inspection of motor vehicle headlamps
include standards that require, the following: (1) compliance with present law; (2) compliance with
federal law, which provides the federal standard for motor vehicles headlamps, reflective devices,
and associated equipment; and (3) no cracks or indentations that impact the integrity of the
headlamp.
