ACT 428 (HB 326) 2019 Regular Session Hill
Authorizes the commissioner of administration to transfer or lease certain state property in
Rapides Parish to the St. Mary's Residential Training School. Provides for the reservation
of mineral rights to the state.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 20, 2019).
