Authorizes the president of Grambling State University to redesignate Stadium and Facilities Drive,
located on the campus of Grambling State University, as "Doug Williams Drive".
Authorizes the Dept. of Transportation and Development, the parish of Lincoln, the city of
Grambling, or Grambling State University to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this
designation.
