PUBLIC BUILDINGS/GROUNDS:  Authorizes the naming of the education building at the
B.B. "Sixty" Rayburn Correctional Center as the Deborah "Andi" Cook Memorial
Education Building
1	AN ACT
2To authorize the secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections to designate
3 and name the education building at the B.B. "Sixty" Rayburn Correctional Center in
4 Angie, Louisiana, as the Deborah "Andi" Cook Memorial Education Building; to
5 provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1.  The secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections may
8designate and name the education building at the B.B. "Sixty" Rayburn Correctional Center
9in Angie, Louisiana, as the "Deborah "Andi" Cook Memorial Education Building" in honor
10of former education coordinator Deborah "Andi" Cook.
11 Section 2.  This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not
12signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
13by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.  If
14vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become
15effective on the day following such approval.
