New law authorizes the secretary of the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections to name the
education building at the B.B. "Sixty" Rayburn Correctional Center in Angie, La., the
"Deborah 'Andi' Cook Memorial Education Building" in honor of the former education
coordinator.
Effective upon signature of the governor (May 30, 2019).
