Abstract: Provides for the transfer of one judgeship from election section two of the Twenty-Fourth
Judicial District to election section three of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District.
Present law requires the 24
th
JDC to be comprised of three election sections. Election section two
contains the Division H judgeship.
Proposed law retains present law except it transfers the Division H judgeship from election section
two to election section three beginning on Jan. 1, 2020.
