Abstract: Modifies the titles of certain board officer positions within the membership of the South
Louisiana Port Commission.
Present law requires the commission to elect from among its own members a president and vice
president.
Proposed law changes the titles of president and vice president of the commission to chairman and
vice chairman of the commission.
