HIGHWAYS: Designates a portion of United States Highway 190, Gause Boulevard West,
as the "Officer Jason Seals Memorial Highway"
1 AN ACT
2To designate a portion of United States Highway 190 in Slidell, Louisiana as the "Officer
3 Jason Seals Memorial Highway"; and to provide for related matters.
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The portion of United States Highway 190, otherwise known as Gause
6Boulevard West, from its intersection with Northshore Boulevard to its intersection with
7United States Highway 11, otherwise known as Front Street, in Slidell, Louisiana shall be
8hereafter known and designated as the "Officer Jason Seals Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
10hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
