Designates the portion of U.S. Hwy. 190 from Northshore Blvd. to U.S. Hwy. 11 in Slidell, La. as
the "Officer Jason Seals Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate signage
reflecting the highway designation.
