ACT 113 (HB 79) 2019 Regular Session DuBuisson
Designates the portion of U.S. Hwy. 190 from Northshore Blvd. to U.S. Hwy. 11 in Slidell,
La. as the "Officer Jason Seals Memorial Highway".
Designates the portion of U.S. Hwy. 171 from its intersection with Kings Hwy. to its
intersection with Midway Ave., in Shreveport, La. as the "Ralph D. Balentine Memorial
Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting the highway designation provided local or private monies are received by
the department equal to the actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and
installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective Aug. 1, 2019.
