Requests the office of technology services within the division of administration to develop
a survey questionnaire to be used by local government agencies to provide detailed
information regarding information technology systems used by local government agencies,
to compile the information submitted in response to the survey questionnaire, and to report
its findings to the legislature by Dec. 1, 2019.
