Requests the La. Department of Health to study the feasibility and desirability of implementing a
policy to allow the use of monitoring devices in the rooms of residents of intermediate care facilities
for people with developmental disabilities, and to report findings of the study to the legislative
committees on health and welfare on or before Dec. 31, 2019.
