Urges and requests the Southern University Law Center to establish a task force to study the
effects of the sale of consumer personal information by internet access service providers,
social media companies, search engines, or other websites and providers of online services
that may collect and sell consumer personal information. Requests the task force submit a
written report of its findings no later than 60 days prior to the convening of the 2020 R.S.
