Urges and requests the speaker of the House to appoint a committee of at least 10 members
to study and make recommendations relative to the practicality and feasibility of establishing
a funding mechanism for public-private partnership investment in Louisiana infrastructure
projects.
Requires the committee to submit a report detailing the results of the study and the
recommendations of the committee no later than Feb. 1, 2020.
