ACT 26 (SB 31) 2019 Regular Session Fannin
Designates the portion of Louisiana Highway 34 between its intersection with the north
corporate limits of the town of Chatham and south to its intersection with La. Highway 4, all
in Jackson Parish, as the "Second Lieutenant Harvel Moore Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of this designation provided local or private
monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2019.
