ACT 339 (SB 62) 2019 Regular Session Morrish
Prior law required the board of commissioners of the Calcasieu-Cameron Navigation District
to meet in regular session once each month and to meet in special session as often as the
president of the board convenes them, or on written request of three members.
New law retains prior law but changes the requirement that the board meets from once each
month to once each quarter.
Effective August 1, 2019.
