ACT 39 (SB 8) 2019 Regular Session Riser
Designates La, Hwy 124 in Catahoula Parish as the "Lt. Col. R.V. McHale Memorial
Highway".
Designates U.S. Hwy 167 from the Winn Parish line to the village limits of Dry Prong in
Grant Parish as the "Preston Hall Mosley Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of this designation provided local or private
monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 1, 2019).
