ACT 52 (SB 99) 2019 Regular Session Boudreaux
Prior law required a pharmacist member of the Board of Pharmacy to have five years of
experience in the practice of pharmacy in this state after licensure. New law reduces the years
of experience from five years to two years.
Effective August 1, 2019.
