SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 193

A RESOLUTION
To commend Dr. Antoine M. Jasmine on twelve years of pastoral service.
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to commend Dr. Antoine M. Jasmine for his profound
devotion to God, the church, his family, his community, and the entire state of Louisiana;
and
WHEREAS, Dr. Antoine Jasmine is the General Overseer of Choice International
Ministries in LaPlace, Louisiana, and May 2019 marks his twelfth pastoral anniversary; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Jasmine has ordained and licensed over seventy-five pastors and
ministers, and awarded over fifty Doctorate of Divinity degrees to leaders internationally;
and
WHEREAS, he holds the positions of Apostle, Bishop, and Prophet after being
consecrated into the Episcopacy as Bishop Antoine M. Jasmine; the elevation to bishop
making him the youngest bishop in his residential region with lineage that is traced to Rome;
and
WHEREAS, in April 2019, he was elevated to Apostle Antoine Jasmine and
Presiding Prelate of Next Bridge International Fellowship and, in addition to his kingdom
responsibilities, he is a structured entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author; and
WHEREAS, Bishop Jasmine has been featured on TBN, Rejoicing in the Word with
Bishop George Bloomer on the Word Network, Bishop Greg Davis Live on the Word
Network, This Is Your Day! with Pastor Benny Hinn, and many more; and
WHEREAS, in November 2016, Bishop Jasmine received The President's Lifetime
Achievement Award from President Barack Obama; and
WHEREAS, he is an established author with renowned publications such as How to
Dominate the Prophetic Realm, Fathering the Hood, What's Up Son, and Is It Only A
Dream; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Jasmine was also included in the publication entitled, Mr. President
that incorporated essays from faith leaders from various ethnic and religious backgrounds
detailing the legacy of President Barack Obama; and
WHEREAS, throughout his travels he has facilitated healing to those who are
physically, spiritually, and emotionally dysfunctional; and
WHEREAS, God has anointed him with an innate ability to see into the lives of all
with accuracy and precision and with this special giftedness, thrusts them into their destiny;
and
WHEREAS, Dr. Jasmine is highly respected and admired as a beloved pastor and a
true man of God who has been an asset to his church, family, community, and the state of
Louisiana.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
does hereby commend Dr. Antoine M. Jasmine on twelve years of pastoral service, does
hereby recognize his noble achievements and the exemplary strides that he has taken in his
guidance of loving and dedicated spiritual communities, and does hereby congratulate him
as he celebrates the most significant and memorable event.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to
Dr. Antoine Jasmine.
