Directs the La. State Law Institute to study and make recommendations to the legislature regarding
language in the Constitution of La. that is outdated or transitional in nature and which can be
removed or updated without affecting the effect of the constitutional provisions as well as making
other recommendations and to report to the legislature no later than Feb. 1, 2022.
