compensation, and employment turnover rates of early childhood care and education teachers and
the implications of data surrounding these issues on child outcomes and to submit a written report
to the House committees on education, appropriations, and commerce and to the State Bd. of
Elementary and Secondary Education by Feb. 1, 2021.
