1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 51:2377, relative to the Louisiana Small Business and
3 Entrepreneurship Council; to provide for the effective termination date for the
4 council; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 51:2377 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 §2377. Termination of Chapter
8 The provisions of this Chapter shall terminate on June 30, 2022 June 30,
9 2023, and thereafter shall be null, void, and without effect.
10 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature of this Act by the
11 governor or, if not signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become
12 law without signature by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the
13 Constitution of Louisiana. If this Act is vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved
14 by the legislature, this Act shall become effective on the day following such approval.
