Abstract: Exempts steam heating boilers carrying not more than 15 pounds pressure used
exclusively for noncommercial purposes located in a private home.
Present law exempts certain boilers from regulations affecting boilers. Proposed law retains present law and adds to the exemption for steam heating boilers carrying not
more than 15 pounds pressure, the requirement that usage be exclusively for noncommercial
purposes in a private home.
