Existing law exempts certain boilers from regulations that affects boilers.
New law adds to the exemption for steam heating boilers carrying not more than 15 pounds
pressure, the requirement that usage be exclusively for noncommercial purposes in a private
home.
Effective Aug. 1, 2020.
