Abstract: Amends certain expungement forms.
Present law provides for the expungement of criminal records and provides for the forms which shall
be used to seek an expungement.
Proposed law amends present law forms for a motion for expungement, order of expungement, and
supplemental forms to include options for which a person received a first offender pardon for an
eligible offense pursuant to present law.
