Present law defines "construction aggregates" as any of the following: sand, gravel, crushed stone, reef shell, clam shell, sand-clam shell mixture, sand-reef shell mixture, sand clay gravel, clam-reef shell mixture, crushed concrete, expanded clay, calcium sulfate hemihydrate, and asphalt.
