Abstract: Authorizes the secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to certify
"organizations involved in charitable hunting and fishing activities" and waives license fees
for such organizations.
Proposed law authorizes the secretary of the Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries to certify a not-for-profit
organization as an "organization involved in charitable hunting and fishing activities". Exempts
from license requirements individuals engaged in hunting or fishing activities conducted by an
organization certified by the secretary while engaged in activities sponsored by that organization.
