ACT 255 (HB 307) 2020 Regular Session Zeringue
Appropriates supplemental funding and provides for means of financing substitutions and
other budgetary adjustments for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Provides for net increases
(decreases) as follows: State General Fund (Direct) by ($133,127,138); Interagency Transfers
by $479,554,604; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by ($24,277,914); Statutory Dedications
by ($187,682,384); and Federal Funds by $908,458,152.
Additionally appropriates $53,450,952 of State General Fund (Direct) of nonrecurring
revenue out of the surplus from Fiscal Year 2018-19 for the Unfunded Accrued Liability in
state retirement systems.
Effective upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 189 of the 2020 Regular Session.
