Abstract: Removes certain reports required by executive branch agencies.
Present law requires the commissioner of administration to prepare a quarterly report listing
purchases for under five thousand dollars and an annual report for purchases above five thousand
dollars on all items purchased from state contracts.
Proposed law removes this reporting requirement.
