Abstract: Requires the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana to credit certified volunteer
firefighters the same as on-duty firefighters when promulgating rates.
Proposed law requires the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana to give certified volunteer
firefighters the same credit given to on-duty firefighters at the fire stations in the ISO Fire
Suppression Rating Schedule when making fire insurance rates.
