Abstract: Requires the Department of Transportation and Development to maintain and regularly
update the official Department of Transportation and Development base map for the year
2020 and every three years thereafter.
Proposed law requires the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to direct the
Cartographic Mapping Unit to maintain and regularly update the official DOTD base map for the
current year, 2020, and every three years thereafter.
Directs DOTD to promulgate necessary rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative
Procedure Act to implement the provisions of proposed law.
