rulemaking by state agencies and the existing La. Administrative Code. Requires the joint
committee to solicit advice, input, and recommendations from specified persons and
organizations and to make a report of its findings and recommendations, with suggestions for
proposed legislation, if any, to the legislature no later than 30 days prior to the 2021 R.S.
