HCR 48 Engrossed 2020 Regular Session Wright
Requests the House and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Senate and Governmental Affairs
Committee to meet and function as a joint committee to study and make recommendations regarding
all issues related to the process of rulemaking by state agencies and the existing La. Administrative
Code.
Requires the joint committee to solicit advice, input, and recommendations from specified persons
and organizations and to make a report of its findings and recommendations, with suggestions for
proposed legislation, if any, to the legislature no later than 30 days prior to the 2021 R.S.
