The House Floor Amendments to the engrossed bill:
1. Exempt certain agencies and licensing boards from the provisions of the
Resolution, based on their classification as an agency that could operate for
fewer than one and a half years on reserve funds as determined by a report of
the legislative auditor.

Committee Amendments Proposed by Senate Committee on Finance to the
reengrossed bill
1. Changes types of fees which shall be suspended from licensing fees to license
renewal fees.
2. Only applies to businesses based in Louisiana.
3. Changes length of suspension to July 1, 2020 through July 1, 2021 from final
adjournment of the 2021 Regular Session.
