Requests the La. Department of Health, or other appropriate agency as deemed necessary, to provide
funding from the CARES Act, Public Law 116-136, to healthcare systems in the state of Louisiana
and report the data on the distribution of funding called for in this Resolution to the House
Committee on Appropriations, the Senate Committee on Finance, and the legislative committees on
health and welfare.
Provides that legislative authority for the report shall terminate on August 1, 2020.
