Requests the Broadband for Everyone in Louisiana Commission to identify public and private sector
barriers to effective broadband expansion in the state, provide recommendations on how to remove
those barriers, and to submit their findings to the House Committee on Commerce and the Senate
Committee on Commerce, Consumer Protection, and International Affairs on or before January 1,
2021.
